Cathy’s career began in the fast-paced world of Universal Studios, where she supported large-scale entertainment events, guest experiences, and marketing-driven operations that demanded precision, timing, and world-class communication. Working inside one of the most recognized brands on the planet gave her a foundation in high-volume event flow, cross-department coordination, and the kind of guest-first experience design that only a major theme park can teach.
She then brought that expertise to Hersheypark, stepping into event and marketing coordination for seasonal rollouts, park-wide activations, and branded guest experiences. There, she strengthened her ability to balance creative execution with operational discipline—making sure every event, message, and moment aligned with the brand and delivered value to both guests and the organization.
Building on this real-world experience, Cathy pursued formal education in marketing, developing a strong academic foundation in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and campaign coordination.
Most recently, she played a key role as the Marketing Coordinator at Topline, working directly with leadership, sales, and field operations to streamline communications, tighten brand consistency, manage project flow, and support initiatives through a period of rapid company growth.
